An out-of-hours service for patients of this practice is available at Clonskeagh Hospital, Vergemount, Dublin 6 .  The service is only operational outside of usual surgery hours.  This service is for emergencies and concerned patients only.

Patients who need assistance are asked to ring the on call service at Lukedoc telephone (01)6699499.   The service is only available between 6pm – 10pm Monday – Friday and 10am –6pm Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays.

Patients will be seen by appointment only and are asked not to report directly to the hospital.  A dedicated triage nurse will deal with the phone call initially, give advice or make an appointment for the patient to see the General Practitioner on duty.

If an acute medical assistance is required after 10pm on weekdays and after 6pm on weekends, patients are asked to ring the deputising service Doctor on Duty at (01) 4200880. An arrangement will be made for a Doctor to visit the patient.
